Manchester United have been sweating over the fitness of Nussair Mazraoui, Leny Yoro and Matthijs de Ligt ahead of their Premier League trip to Fulham.
Mazraoui missed Thursday’s Europa League game against Rangers with a knock and Yoro and De Ligt had to be replaced at Old Trafford in that 2-1 win.
Asked whether Yoro and De Ligt would be fit at Fulham, Ruben Amorim said on Friday: “I don’t know. Leny is in pain and Mata [Matthijs] was a bruise from a touch.
“Leny was a bit tired, he’s playing more at this moment so we have to be very careful and we’ll see. I don’t know.”
Andre Onana is in line to return in goal after Altay Bayindir started against Rangers, while Kobbie Mainoo and Manuel Ugarte are set to return to the team after resting on Thursday.
Alejandro Garnacho is in the squad who traveled to London and could join in amid transfer links with Chelsea and Napoli.
Victor Lindelof is back in training but Jonny Evans and Mason Mount remain sidelined.
Amorim has said Luke Shaw is still a few weeks away from a comeback.
“He will be fit to train with the team,” he said. “Then we have to start with more minutes, we don’t have much time to train.
“We have to do some exercises in 10 minutes and then he has to do extra work to improve his fitness. I don’t know [when he will play]It’s two weeks to start training before I think about putting it in for a few minutes. “
